INSPIRATION

Carl Jung is considered a founding father of modern analytical psychology. Jung proposed and developed the concepts of the extroverted and the introverted personality, archetypes, and the collective unconscious.

He believed that a growing shift to a focus on the here and now had caused mankind to “fall a victim to unconsciousness” and brought on a shortsightedness of individual purpose, but that a reaction would eventually set in where we will re-discover the need to “press upward” and find the destiny inherent in our individuality.

The sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light in the darkness of mere being.
– Carl Jung

ACTION

Audit
Step back and take 360 degree view of where you are in all areas of your life: personal, social, emotional, professional. MAP out areas that need focus most.

Edit
Take those focus areas and identify what’s working and what’s not. Allow yourself to LET GO of what’s not working and PURSUE resources, people and a plan for what is.

Balance
Identify one thing to do more of and one thing to do less of and TAKE ACTION today – even a small step with help “kindle the light” to POWER your purpose.
