↳ Arianna Huffington
Arianna Huffington is the Founder and CEO of Thrive Global, Founder of The Huffington Post and author of more than fifteen books. She has been named to Time Magazine’s world’s 100 most influential people list and the Forbes Most Powerful Women list.
Originally from Greece, Huffington moved to England to study when she was sixteen, became president of the prestigious Cambridge Union debating society at 21 and graduated from Cambridge University with an M.A. in economics. After her graduation, she moved to the United States where she worked as a columnist, critic, and a television host, before starting The Huffington Post in 2005.
In 2007, Huffington collapsed from exhaustion in her office which led her to fearlessly pursue her new mission to “change the way we work and live by ending the collective delusion that burnout is the price we must pay for success” via her bestselling books The Sleep Revolution and Thrive and the launch of her online well-being platform Thrive Global.
We need to accept that we won’t always make the right decisions, that we’ll screw up royally sometimes — understanding that failure is not the opposite of success, it’s part of success.”

↳ 3-Step Plan To Master Fearlessness
❶ Admit Your Fears
The biggest fear can be admitting that you have fears–instead of trying to push them away, embrace them as a step to growth. As Arianna says “Fearlessness is not the absence of fear. It’s the mastery of fear. It’s all about getting up one more time than you fall down.”
❷ Examine Your Fears
Bringing what’s holding you back into the light to examine is step one to conquering it and moving forward more fearlessly.
❸ Practice + Practice = Fearlessness
Each time you admit, catalog and conquer your fear, it will become easier to face and push past the next. Arianna notes “Fearlessness like a muscle-I know from my own life that the more I exercise it the more natural it becomes to not let my fears run me.”
