What’s Your Why?
My why and my hope for all mothers are closely aligned. Each mother’s situation is a bit different — it’s personal. I strive to enable working mothers to find the balance they crave and companies to become more supportive of working moms. My hope is for working mothers everywhere to feel empowered to make the changes they want and need for themselves and their families. I hope that working moms embrace their unique situations and feel confident about the path they choose to take.

What’s next?
I’m starting to do research on two books, but I won’t be writing for a while. If someone knows a working dad with a great work-life balance story, I’d love to hear it.
